This gluten-free restaurant has real Spanish tapas, exceptional wine choices, and that “classic Barcelona ambience.” This award winning spot has a beautiful relaxed environment perfect for a bite to eat on a lunch break or when you want to sit down with your loved ones.

They have a great selection of tapas, snacks, drinks, seafood, vegetarian and meat options! Now it wouldn’t be fair to just give an overview and not share some of the items they have, so here’s a few of the dishes they got:

After experiencing numerous health problems and not understanding what was happening to her, the creator of Sweet Elizabeth’s Organics discovered that she had celiac disease, finding that out changed her life. She started adapting and modifying recipes to make them healthier for her and her family. After that she created her restaurant.

Now it hasn’t been an easy journey, through family issues, over-working, and the events of the last two years, it has been a rollercoaster. But since February 11th, 2022, Sweet Elizabeth’s Organics has been open and ready to serve the people of Colorado Springs!

All of her food is dairy, soy, egg, peanut, and gluten free, but don’t be alarmed, it doesn’t take away from the taste at all! Their menu includes breads, donuts, cinnamon rolls, fruit turnover, pie, cupcakes, coffee cake, scones, cookies, and cake slices. They even have a cafe with sandwiches, pizza, waffles, veggies bowls, biscuits, salads, and soups! This sounds like the place for anyone looking to venture into the gluten free/vegan world!

Cafe Red Point has a mission and their mission is to provide “delicious, nutrient dense products ethically, sustainably and affordably.” Their restaurant wants to carve a path to contribute to local communities and do their part to make a more positive world, hopefully spreading that message to other businesses too!

Cafe Red Point has a number of wraps, salads,  abouldering and mediterranean bowl, smoothies, brewed beverages, and breakfast served all day! Make sure to take a look at their menu as they have a disclaimer about possible cross contamination with gluten products.
