Vegan brother duo Tyler and Cody simply wanted to create a cool timeless space for people to gather while saving a little bit of nature and earth along the way, and the Burrowing Owl has become exactly that. This 100% vegan bar & restaurant serves truly tasty meals along with great drinks served exactly how you want it.

Begin the night with the Bread & Spread, which is a kale walnut dip, rosemary white bean dip, with a smoked cheddar spread, on a toasted sourdough baguette. Then get classic with their BLT which is served with a side of soup, magic slaw, and/or potato chips. Lot’s of great options here that’ll make this place a new hand out spot.

An eclectic New American eatery with exceptionally good food and vibes!

Positioned in the heart of Downtown Colorado Springs, the building was originally built to store the streetcars that once traveled Tejon Street. Classic Thai food with a whole vegan menu that invites everyone in!

Created by Chef Suwanna Meyer, Chaang Thai is here to encompass street-style food and traditional dishes all from Thailand. Thai food has five beats of flavor which are sweet, sour, spicy, and bitter which are all emphasized greatly in Meyer’s food. With vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free menu items, Chaang Thai has a little something for everyone!

Since we’re here to specifically talk about vegetarian/vegan foods we are only gonna mention what’s on the vegan menu specifically, so if you wanna know more make sure to check out their website, but for right now you can expect foods including but not limited to Vegetarian Spring Rolls, Tom Yum Soup, Pineapple Curry, Pad Thai Noodles, Tofu Teriyaki, and Pad Priew Wan (Thai Style - sweet & sour).
