An eclectic New American eatery with exceptionally good food and vibes.

Positioned in the heart of Downtown Colorado Springs, the building was originally built to store the streetcars that once traveled Tejon Street. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner, this restaurant has something for everyone any time of day, you can enjoy their Deluxe Bacon Cheeseburger, Thousand Island Burger, BBQ Chicken Strips, Meatball Mozzarella, and Spicy Italian Sausage for lunch/dinner. Created by Chef Suwanna Meyer, Chaang Thai is here to encompass street-style food and traditional dishes all from Thailand. Thai food has five beats of flavor which are sweet, sour, spicy, and bitter which are all emphasized greatly in Meyer’s food. With vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free menu items, Chaang Thai has a little something for everyone!

Since we’re here to specifically talk about vegetarian/vegan foods we are only gonna mention what’s on the vegan menu specifically, so if you wanna know more make sure to check out their website, but for right now you can expect foods including but not limited to Vegetarian Spring Rolls, Tom Yum Soup, Pineapple Curry, Pad Thai Noodles, Tofu Teriyaki, and Pad Priew Wan (Thai Style - sweet & sour).
