Vegan brother duo Tyler and Cody simply wanted to create a cool timeless space for people to gather while saving a little bit of nature and earth along the way, and the Burrowing Owl has become exactly that. Begin the night with the Bread & Spread, which is a kale walnut dip, rosemary white bean dip, with a smoked cheddar spread, on a toasted sourdough baguette. Since we’re here to specifically talk about vegetarian/vegan foods we are only gonna mention what’s on the vegan menu specifically, so if you wanna know more make sure to check out their website, but for right now you can expect foods including but not limited to Vegetarian Spring Rolls, Tom Yum Soup, Pineapple Curry, Pad Thai Noodles, Tofu Teriyaki, and Pad Priew Wan (Thai Style - sweet & sour).
