This gym also has a lot of machines and equipment that other more commercial gyms don’t, so if you want to try out some new machines, this is the place to go.

If you are only in town for a short period of time, Flex Gym & Fitness offers a day pass for only $8 with no hidden costs. A monthly membership is $50 which is more expensive than other gyms, however there are no lines for weights or equipment and most equipment is specific for true weightlifters, and you are supporting a small business in the Colorado Springs community.
