Jose Muldoon’s has two locations in Colorado Springs, one downtown that first opened up in 1974, and this one on the eastside right off of N Powers Boulevard. This Tex-Mex restaurant is incredibly popular thanks to its delicious food and great service!

Appetizers, tacos, soups, salads, burritos, chimichangas, fajitas, enchiladas, combination platters, sides, lunch specials, desserts— you can have it all here! There’s also a brunch menu for Sundays, catering, and a wide variety of drinks such as specialty cocktails, beer, wine, tequila, and more!

Hours are from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. every day of the week but Sunday, when the restaurant is open from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. instead.

The restaurant is also very close to an IMAX Theater, so this would be the perfect place to stop for some churrasco, salad, skewers, appetizers, desserts, or even just a beverage before you go to see a movie!

Hops n Drops takes pride in both food and drink, with a wide selection available for either choice. The restaurant is open for curbside takeout and delivery, even though sit-down dining is now available again, so you can dine and drink at your comfort level.

There are separate menus at Hops n Drops for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, kids, gluten-free, and nutrition, and none of that even includes the drinks— drops, cocktails, beer, and wine! Suffice it to say that you’ve got a lot of choices here.

Hours are from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. on Fridays, 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. on Saturdays, and 8 a.m. until 9 p.m. on Sundays.

If you’re looking for a low-key spot to kick back and relax with friends, Frankie’s Bar & Grill is your spot. Located right on Powers Blvd, Frankie’s offers hearty bar food and drinks inside a laid back dining space. 

Frankie’s offers great deals like $0.39 wings on Mondays and during all Bronco games. While you’re there, we also recommend trying their famous burger called The Slopper. This burger is filled with homemade green chili and a ½ pound Angus chuck burger. Yum!
