Red Leg Brewing Company is the perfect spot to kick back and relax with friends. On a warm day, you can sit outside on the brewery’s spacious outdoor food court and try some craft beers and vendor food under its overhanging lights. Feeling a little chilly? Cerberus Brewing Company offers a wide selection of craft beers and hearty pub food. IPAs, pale ales, lagers, hybrids, Belgians, ciders, and more beers are available on the brewery’s extensive menu. 

Hungry? No worries. Cerberus offers hearty pub dishes including Truffle Parmesan Pub Fries, Beer Pretzel Knots, and Southern Fried Chicken Wings. You can try a little bit of everything with your friends! 

Seating options are plentiful. The pub offers an indoor dining space, patio, and heated beer garden tent. Have a dog? Bring your four-legged friend! Well-behaved dogs are always welcome outside.

Metric Brewing offers a wide selection of award-winning beers from its famous three barrel system. With an ever-changing tap, you can always expect to enjoy new and interesting beers on a regular basis. 

Every beer at Metric Brewing is made 100% natural. It will never compromise on quality. Some of their current offerings include the Dark Czech Lager, Fresh Hop Pale Ale, and Stranda. Metric doesn’t offer its own food menu. However, numerous food trucks can be found onsite Tuesday through Thursday. Enjoy!

4. Smiling Toad Brewery

Smiling Toad Brewery boasts a massive 10-barrel brewing system that can be found at the bottom of the building. The taproom is located upstairs, as well as an outdoor patio deck that offers gorgeous panoramic views of the nearby mountains. The overall vibe is laid backlaidback and casual, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. 

Smiling Toad recently got a new head brewer whose creations are already becoming popular among guests. Some of their selections on tap include the IPA Freely, Colonel Drum’s Hazy IPA, and Decemberfest. Seltzer water and soda are also available if you decide you’re not in the mood for a beer. But we’re sure that you’ll love the beer options that Smiling Toad offers.

Bristol Brewing Company has been around since the beginning of Colorado’s brewery renaissance. Located inside a former elementary school, Bristol Brewing Company offers a truly one-of-a-kind experience for guests. Beers are brewed and served inside former classrooms as well as its onsite pub! Limited edition beers, Belgian bottles, and other beer series are available.

Bristol also prides itself on its sustainable brewing practices. The brewhouse uses a heat recovery system and all six-pack carriers are printed on 100% recyclable cardboard. They even reward customers who bring back their old six-pack carriers!

Phantom Canyon Brewing Company is the perfect spot to sit back and relax with friends. Only the finest ingredients are used for their in-house brews and pub dishes. Some of our favorite beers include the Alpenglow, Thrasher, and Wicked Anomalus. Food-wise, we love the Phantom Canyon Beer Pretzels, Fried Chicken & Gravy, Pastrami Burger. 

Both indoor and outdoor seating is available. But if you aren’t comfortable with dining at a restaurant yet, you also have the option to order delivery. Craft beer, pub food, and billiards all await you at this rustic 5-star certified brewery.

8. Goat Patch Brewing

Since 2016, Goat Patch Brewing has been serving up fresh, balanced beers to new guests and loyal customers alike. Ales, wheat beers, IPAs, fruit beers, and more delicious beer options can always be found on tap. While Goat Patch doesn’t have a full-service kitchen, it does host food trucks on a daily basis. Outside food is always welcome!

Goat Patch Brewing is also dedicated to giving back to the community. Every year, Goat Patch chooses two non-profits to be a part of their It Takes a Tribe InitiativeInitivative. This initiative donates $0.25 to one of the organizations for every purchase of an It Takes a Tribe Red Ale. It also hosts different organizations every Tuesday to help raise awareness and funds for them.

With its 1 BBL Pilot System, Battle Mountain is able to test the limits on what is possible and create some truly innovative beers. Right now, the brewery has six Flagship beers on hand. However, it plans to fill the other taps with new, experimental creations. 

Looking to change up your regular night routine? Battle Mountain regularly hosts trivia nights, open mic nights, paint and sip events, and live music! Check the website to see a full list of their upcoming events.
