Four by Brother Luck is a new age American restaurant that is “redefining” the Southwestern food market in a four course menu style, (that’s where the ‘four’ in Four by Brother Luck comes from)! Chef Brother Luck got his inspiration from the ‘four’ groups who have defined how we know food today, the farmers, the fisherman, the hunters, and the gatherers. Their menu is constantly changing so make sure to check what’s available on their website before you head on over!

But first, let’s check out the general “vibe” of this restaurant and what they have to offer as of right now! In their first course section, they have dishes like blue cornbread and seared pork belly. The second course offers fennel potato soup, buffalo chili, and other things alike.

Third course has the classic New York strip, truffle mac & cheese, and Chilean sea bass. Lastly, we have the fourth course which has desserts like caramel apple bread pudding and a mocha almond fudge cake! Now all of that sounds delicious!

“This was one of the most delicious, unique and creative meals I've had in a while. From the cocktail to the tasting menu to the service to Brother Luck's visit to our table, this was a first-class experience all around. I can't wait to go back.” -Yelp Review
