I'm not even usually a fan of sweet potatoes, but the combination of the spinach, egg, and potato was just PERFECT. The goat cheese was also awesome with it. Since 2008, Mitchell Delicatessen has whipped up some of the best sandwiches in East Nashville. The restaurant cures or smokes most of its meat in-house and also handmakes its own sausages and roast beef.
