7 Nice Restaurants in Savannah for When You’re in the Mood for Something ✨Special✨

From Fun and Casual to Higher End, This is Your Ultimate Guide to the Nicest Restaurants Savannah, Georgia Has to Offer

You are looking for a list of the nicest restaurants in Savannah, Georgia right? I mean how else did you wind up on this webpage. Well not to worry, I have thoroughly researched the restaurant scene in Savannah and I have come up with a list of the nicest restaurants that I think will meet anybody’s criteria for what a ”nice” restaurant is. And I’ll give you their address and a link to their webpage so that you can check out their menu ahead of time. Additionally, I'll give you a convenient link anytime one of these nice restaurants in Savannah, Georgia accepts one of our convenient digital GiftYa gift cards.

As a reminder a GiftYa digital gift card is pretty much exactly what it sounds like. A gift card that functions just like every other gift card. It lets you make purchases at a participating bar, restaurant, or store up to the face value of the gift card. However, unlike traditional gift cards. GiftYa digital gift cards come with a few additional benefits. For instance, unlike a traditional gift card, a GiftYa can be sent straight to your phone in seconds. That way you don’t need to deliver a GiftYa in person if you want to give it as a gift. You don’t even have to go to a store in person if you want one for yourself. You can just visit the GiftYa website and pick one up today.

Since GiftYa cards are sent directly to your phone you never have to worry about misplacing them or forgetting to take them with you. In most instances you are going to have your phone with you so in most instances you will have your GiftYa cards right in your pocket. In addition to that, your GiftYa also keeps track of the balance for you. Which is so much nicer than having to try to remember how much was left over on those antiquated plastic gift cards. I mean you can’t write it on them very easily so idk what you’re supposed to do if you don’t use the total value the first time? Just guess the next time you are in town?

Treylor Park

All Around Nicest Restaurant in Savannah Georgia

115 E Bay St | Savannah | treylorpark.com

Treylor Park made it onto everys single list I wrote about restaurants in Savannah, Georgia. That has never happened to me before. I’ve had a restaurant that is so beloved that it makes it onto two of the three lists I might write about a city.

Everybody has their own definition of what a “nice restaurant” actually is. And Since I don’t know what everybody’s definition of nice is, I’m just going to use the general criteria of 1 - Good Food, 2 - Great Service, and 3 - Good Ambiance. I would say those are the three key elements in determining whether or not a restaurant is nice or not.

And I can assure you that Treylor Park not only achieves all three requirements, but goes above and beyond what is required for a nice restaurant, and it becomes a truly great eating establishment that is above the other options on the list today.

“One of our staple spots to stop when visiting Savannah! Great location with solid bar food and service. The service was great (and always is), and they have a good beer selection with plenty of local options… If you're looking for an upbeat local bar food spot, make sure to put this on your list!” - Yelp Review

Treylor Park doesn’t offer GiftYa digital gift cards just yet, but check back soon because we are always adding nicest restaurants and attractions in Savannah!

The Olde Pink House

Nicest Historic Restaurant In Savannah Georgia

23 Abercorn St | Savannah | theoldepinkhouserestaurant.com

Although Treylor Park was so popular it made it onto three of my lists about restaurants in Savannah, Georgia, that is extremely uncommon. Sometimes I do see a restaurant that is popular enough to appear on two of my three lists about a particular city. And that is what The Olde Pink House has done this week. In the absence of Treylor Park breaking my record for my list appearances, The Olde Pink House would surely have been the number one spot on my list of nicest restaurants in Savannah, Georgia.

And it would have been number one on my list for a couple of reasons. First of all, you aren’t going to find a more beautiful or historic restaurant on the list today. So not only can you expect fantastic food and service, you're also able to explore the historic site that is The Olde Pink House. I don’t want to spoil everything about the restaurant here, but if you are looking for a restaurant that offers more than any other one can offer, and that is your definition of nice restaurant, then The Olde Pink House is definitely my pick for you.

“We had the best time here! We had a late reservation so after our meal we didn't want to take up the staff's time by exploring the house, but as we were leaving, Rory the hostess encouraged us to take as much time as we wanted to explore. The food is also to die for!!!” - Yelp Review

Right now you aren’t able to get a GiftYa digital gift card to The Olde Pink House but check back because there’s more nicest restaurants and stores in Savannah added all the time.

HITCH

Another Fantastic Restaurant from The Owner of Savannah’s Nicest restaurant

300 Drayton St | Savannah | treylorpark.com

This is another location from the same owner and company that brought you Treylor Park. And as such I can guarantee that they are going to offer you absolutely one of the nicest experiences you can find at a restaurant in Savannah, Georgia. Treylor Park was so popular it appeared across every article I wrote on Savannah (and at the top of this very list) but since not everybody can easily access all parts of the city, I feel like it isn’t a bad idea to add another one of their beloved locations and that is what you will get with HITCH. So if Treylor Park  caught you interest but it was too much of a commute, I would strongly recommend you give HITCH a try.

“Was looking for a place we could bring our dogs and got a wonderful spot on the patio. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and wonderful service!” - Yelp Review

412 Williamson St | Savannah | diningwithrhett.com

There are so many different types of restaurants out there, that it’s hard to say for sure what people might consider the “nicest.” So I have tried to find the best restaurants for different types of cuisine and meals. And for the best brunch restaurant Rhett is definitely leading the pack above the other options on the list today. So if you are out looking specifically for a nice restaurant with a good brunch menu then Rhett is going to be the nicest restaurant in Savannah, Georgia for what you personally are looking for.

The Fitzroy

Australian Inspired Cuisine In The Heart Of Savannah

9 Drayton St | Savannah | thefitzroysavannah.com

I wanted to give everybody a little something on this list of the nicest restaurants in Savannah, Georgia. And since a lot of what I recommended on this list is your typical American restaurant fare, I wanted to make sure to include something a little off the beaten path for those of you who think the nicest restaurant is the one you haven’t had the chance to try yet.

And I think for most of us, we haven’t been to a restaurant in the American South that features strictly authentic Australian cuisine. So if you think the nicest restaurant is the newest or most exciting one., then I would recommend you give The Fitzroy a try.

“Excellent in every way. The staff were very observant and helpful. We enjoyed the Artisanal Cheeses which were delicious, Gouda, Blue Cheese and assorted cheese along with honey and various crackers/ delicious! We would return” - Yelp Review

As always we’re busy adding attractions and nicest restaurants in Savannah to GiftYa all the time but you can’t get one for The Fitzroy just yet. Check back soon.

Joe’s Crab Shack

A Casual Take on Seafood from Your Favorite National Seafood Chain

504 E River St | River Street | joescrabshack.com

Seafood restaurants are usually pretty swanky, but luckily the Joe’s Crab Shack location in Savannah is nice without being stuffy. You’ll love the laid back atmosphere and high quality seafood… plus, snag a seat out on the patio and soak up gorgeous views of the Savannah river while you eat.

“Good food, good place. The patio overlooks the river and makes for a good time while eating there. The food was good, and the drinks were nice. The margarita order comes with take-home cocktail Shakers, which are pretty nice.” - Yelp Review

That’s it for our favorite nice restaurants in Savannah, GA

There you go! You finally have it. My list of the nicest restaurants a person can find when they are in Savannah, Georgia. I wanted to be sure to give a wide selection and variety on this list because I have no way of knowing what criteria each and every reader is going to use to determine how “nice” a restaurant actually is.

So I hope at least something on my list today caught your eye. But you can rest easy knowing that every restaurant on the list had a four star rating from their customer’s online. That means that time after time these places are meeting everybody’s expectations. And seeing as how most of the restaurants could boast a four and a half star rating, it means that they are blowing people’s expectations out of the water time and time again. And what more can you ask for in a nice restaurant than to have your expectations not only met, but exceeded across the board.
