But the second reason is that they serve authentic Japanese sushi. 

They serve authentic Jap[anese Sushi. And if you are anything like me you are kind of questioning how authentic a lot of the sushi you have had before was? And are probably dying to try real authentic Japanese Sushi. I kind of wish I was in Salisbury, Maryland right now myself so I could stop in and see what the big deal is.

Sushi Zay comes in at number two on my list today. But they are doing so with a four star rating. And to be honest that’s a four star rating with very few reviews in. That being said, they are quite new. So it’s understandable they don't have a ton of reviews just yet. But I can tell from the reviews people have left that this place is crazy good. 

But also crazy pricey. And that is what brings them down to number two on the list. Everybody says the food is incredibly fresh and delicious, and that the menu is really quite extensive. The question for you is do you have the disposable income to blow on sushi? Because if you have pocket cash you’re dying to spend, definitely give them a try. Everybody loves the food. But if money is tight what with the Fed raising interest rates and inflation breaking records every month, I would stick to Sushi De Kanpai to get the most band for your buck. But for everybody else, absolutely splurge and try Sushi Zay. And when you do leave them a review and help them grow! You have no idea how much that can help new restaurants.

And the only thing that kept them from being a number one or number two spot restaurants is that they don’t specialize just in sushi like the restaurants further up the list do. No Ikebana Japanese Teriyaki and Sushi is going to specialize in sushi for asure, but also a lot of other traditional Japanese dishes. 

This would be my number one choice if you have a picky eater, or somebody who is weird about eating sushi (you know the annoying people I’m talking about) then Ikebana will be your best bet. Because outside of serving delicious sushi they also serve a wide variety of Japanese dishes that feature everything from chicken and shrimp to mouth watering steak dishes. You can be sure whoever is in your dining party, they will be able to find something that meets their meticulous yet random standards.

And that is because they do everything that Ikebana Japanese Teriyaki & Sushi does, they just don’t seem to do it to quite the same high standard. And by that I also mean that their menu doesn’t seem to be quite as pricey either. To me, Sakura Japan Sushi & Grill makes it onto the list today for one very crucial reason. They appear to be able to serve their excellent sushi for takeout and it keeps fresh and delicious during the delivery process. 

And while I know lots of people are looking for dinner ideas when they look at these articles, I know some people are also in need of some top notch takeout. So for those people stuck in the office all day this one's for you. Their sushi may not be the absolute most authentic on the list, but if you want delicious sushi delivered you can’t be them for quality and price.

Hunan Place is really more of a Chinese place than a strictly sushi joint. But they do serve sushi that is quite delicious so I felt they qualified to be on this list. And to be frank with you, Salisbury does not have a ton of amazing options when it comes to sushi. So I thought Hunan Place deserved a spot on the list. Not only can you get excellent chinese food, you can also get excellent sushi. And you can also get both of those things delivered. So if you are ordering out for multiple people, say a family of five, or an office of eight people, then Hunan Place is going to be the place to go if you are dying for sushi in Salisbury.
