Fun fact, the restaurant got its name because it was “boiler room providing heat for the 120 year old Bemis Bag Building.” Now it provides a respectable amount of warmth for you to enjoy your meals.
Now The Boiler Room isn’t a steakhouse, but it does serve steaks. On the menu you can pick between their tomato braised niman ranch beef shortrib, roasted little mountain ranch’s pork chop, morgan ranch wagyu sirloin steak, or the morgan ranch wagyu private selection ribeye steak.
