The concept behind the name, Angry Chair Brewing is quite brilliant, as said on their website, everyone has an angry chair. An “angry chair” is a symbolic way of saying, any time, place or setting that causes you to want to overcome something. Angry Chair Brewing is a place that allows a step into a new direction, with a beautifully made beverage on the side of course.

Known for their stouts, Angry Chair Brewing takes the customer through twists and turns as there is little to nothing they won’t try whilst making stout. They are always experimenting with their beer, trying out new and fun ways to make it taste good, and infusing flavors you may have never tried before!

Joey Redner has a desire to take the rich culture of Tampa’s history and cuisine to as many people as possible, with help from brewmaster Wayne Wambles, the two of them began their journey in developing Cigar City Brewing. One of the things the two of them decided to do from the jump was to constantly experiment with new flavor profiles to make the best brews possible. Over the years Cigar City Brewing has made beer flavors like Cubano Espresso Brown Ale, and Hunahpu’s Imperial Stout®. 

With the success of their inventive flavors and hard work, Cigar City Brewing has won constant awards and acclaim, now distributing in over 30 states and a number of international markets! One of the things that makes Cigar City Brewing stand out is their care in bringing the best quality beer and ale possible, by sourcing out the best of the best resources and equipment. 

At their original location, they offer drinks, food, tours, and more! Some of the things you can expect when you go there are handheld foods like Portobello Mushroom burger and Fried Chicken sandwich, flatbreads like Margherita and Sausage & Pepper! Every craft is built with absolute passion and care, along with taking care of the music as Rock Brothers want to make sure their dream of combining the two stays complete.

With house brews on tap, Rock Brother Brewing has got you covered with a wide selection of different types of brews, from sweet to savory with cool colorful cans like the ones pictured above, or right by the bottle. The owner and founder’s 5-year old daughter is the creator behind the myth of Coppertail, a sea monster that lives in Tampa Bay. Strange and fantastic this creature lurks below the waters, and that just felt like an absolutely wonderful name for this brewing company. Just like the Coppertail itself, dreaming of the impossible becomes probable, going up against more successful brewing companies is an example of that impossible, but Coppertail Brewing Company has been doing just that.

The Tap room has a full service bar and kitchen, with the kitchen creating a variety of hand held foods to enjoy with the 20 taps on hand, (and a wine list)! Coppertail Brewing Co. is kid friendly and dogs are welcome on the outdoor patio, and there is plenty of space to hold an event if you’re looking for a place to hold your party! 

On the tap list currently, Coppertail Brewing Co. has drinks like Free Drive, IPA-American, 5.9%, Beachcomber’s Gold Tiki Florida Weisse, Sour-Fruited Berliner Weisse, 3.5%, and Day Swim, Porter-Coffee, 6.1%. While in the kitchen they are cooking up foods like wings, house pizza, loaded waffle fries, vegan burger, tacos, and more, so you don’t have to worry about finding somewhere else to eat while you’re enjoying a sip of something delicious at Coppertail Brewing Co.!

A craft brewery, social eatery, with a New Orlean’s experience, that’s Zydeco Brew Werks. The founders are people who take their craft beer seriously and passionately, they wanted a brewing company to replicate that with exceptional food, drink, and service. Also on the minds of Zydeco Brew Werks is making sure you have a good time with the people you bring and becoming friends with the people you meet along the way! 

Zydeco Brew Werks has a menu that holds as a road map to what you can expect when you first step through their doors. On the food menu, they have small plates like Fried Calamari and a Giant Pretzel, Creole and Vegan flatbreads, Gumbo and Beer Braised Brisket Po Boy, with salads and desserts on the side.

On tap at the moment, they have Gold Klub Lager, a balanced German lager, 5.5%, Bail Money, a Belgian Golden Strong Ale with spice, pears, and cotton candy notes, and Minivan, a traditional Kölsch! With sparkling, white, and red wine, cocktails, and Sunday brunch, Zydeco Brew Werks has plenty to offer any brewery fan!
