Winning the 2022 Michelin Bib Gourmand Award, Rooster & the Till certainly deserves all the praise it’s getting, they have a very knowledgeable team behind them, from the chefs to the managers, making sure you have an overall excellent experience at their establishment. 

Now, Rooster & the Till has a relatively simple menus, they specialize in small plates that are packed to the punch with so much flavor, you’ll want to order 3 other dishes! On their dinner menu they have things like Smoked Beets, Scallop Crudo, Not Pork Dumplings, Prime 16 OZ NY Strip, and Crispy Chicken Thighs.

Bern’s Steak House specializes in well, steaks! Specifically perfectly aged prime steaks cut to perfection and a collection of wines!

On their dinner menu you can expect a number of dishes including but not limited to their Six Oysters on the Half Shell, Tuna Sashimi, a number of Caviars that’s truly impressive to behold, Classic Steak Tartare, Stuffed Maine Lobster, and a selection of cheeses, soups, and salads. They have Filet Mignon, Chateaubriand, Strip Steaks, Porterhouse, T-Bone, and specialty cuts are all available for those steak lovers out there!

Featured in many different articles and awarded by critics, Edison: Food+Drink Lab is led by powerhouse chef Pierola who leads the team as they creatively mix flavors and ingredients in ways that aren’t too familiar to the average eater. And from their website their goal is to create “new interpretations of everyday food expertly engineered into current, modern cuisine.” 

Now Edison: Food+Drink Lab, just their entire restaurant, has a unique way of displaying their menus, as it is ever-changing to keep up with the creative minds in the kitchen. They make sure to keep their menus up to date too! So currently they have a tasting menu, mixology menu, dinner, wine, beer, dessert, and watercooler menu all ready to go! Their motto is “innovating for a curious palate” and their menu certainly reflects that! Their brunch menu has Zucchini Bread, Three Egg Omelet, Bacon Nuggets, Pecan-Cherry Chicken Salad, and O&O Burger and Fries! The lunch menu has Oven-Roasted European Olives, European Cheese Board, Crispy Chicken Sandwich, and Steak Frites.
