The House of Blues in Myrtle Beach is a restaurant and bar that sits right by the beach. People come for the food and stay for the amazing live entertainment. They specialize in southern inspired foods like a Smokehouse Platter and Brisket Nachos.

House of Blues is aptly named because their main focus when it comes to tunes is folk, rock, blues, and jazz. The artists featured are both nationally and internationally known. Fat Harold’s is the home of Shag dancing, which is a two person dance primarily done to beach music. It is a club that has been recognized for many amazing things throughout the years. In 1996, Fat Harold’s was inducted into the Carolina Beach Music Awards Hall of Fame. It was named CBMA Club of the year 13 times before withdrawing itself from consideration so that other clubs could get a chance to win. This club is on main street in the Ocean Drive section of Myrtle Beach. It has some of the best DJs on stage all seven nights of the week.
