For those who love southern food and dancing, this club in Myrtle Beach is the one for you!

The House of Blues in Myrtle Beach is a restaurant and bar that sits right by the beach. People come for the food and stay for the amazing live entertainment. They specialize in southern inspired foods like a Smokehouse Platter and Brisket Nachos. 

There is an indoor/outdoor Gator Bar and dancing on the outdoor patio deck. That’s where the live music will be playing and you can call ahead to find out what act will be on during the week or look online at their schedule.

House of Blues is aptly named because their main focus when it comes to tunes is folk, rock, blues, and jazz. The artists featured are both nationally and internationally known. On nights when the club doesn’t have live music playing, they will have a DJ. You can enjoy yourself well into the night there and even swing by for an early morning breakfast! On Sundays, they serve a “Sunday Gospel Brunch.” Not only is the food great, but gospel music will be performed live during the whole brunch.

The Landing at The Boathouse is a place that encapsulates the Myrtle Beach state of mind. It is known as Myrtle Beach’s “Home of Live Free Music,” because, well, they have free live music!! 6. Fat Harold’s Beach Club

Fat Harold’s is the home of Shag dancing, which is a two person dance primarily done to beach music. It is a club that has been recognized for many amazing things throughout the years. In 1996, Fat Harold’s was inducted into the Carolina Beach Music Awards Hall of Fame. It was named CBMA Club of the year 13 times before withdrawing itself from consideration so that other clubs could get a chance to win. You’ll have a great time discovering for yourself what makes this club so great!

This club is on main street in the Ocean Drive section of Myrtle Beach. It has some of the best DJs on stage all seven nights of the week. You can join Fat Harold’s for the Shag City Grill to eat good food and enjoy drinks on the beach, and then you can spend the rest of the night dancing. Super close to Family Kingdom Amusement Park lies GiGi’s Bar & Hip Hop Lounge which is a well loved nightclub that serves good drinks, good food, and good times. At Hot Fish Club they try to source as many of their ingredients and products as they can locally, so you can expect true freshness in every bite you take. They have a variety of good eats like their Lobster Pot Pie, Fried Calamari, Crispy Korean Chicken, Chilean Sea Bass, and more! 12. Club Karma

Move over adults, this club is for teens who are ready to dance and have fun!

We’ve had a lot of options on our list for adults to get down and boogie the night away, but now it’s a chance for the kids to enjoy themselves. Club Karma or Karma Teen Club is centered in Myrtle Beach and has a policy: no adults allowed. You have to be at least 13 years of age to go here and can’t be older than 19. 

It’s a 100% alcohol, drug, and smoke free environment. That means the kids can enjoy the DJ playing their favorite top 40 hits without any dangers.
