I put Pyramid Bistro at the top of the list for a couple of reasons. FIrst of all is their outstanding rating with their customers and patrons. But the second reason, and really more important, that I put that at the top of the list is because I rethink they make a great restaurant for lunch or dinner. And when I am recommending places that are the “best restaurant in Aspen” I honestly don’t know if you are looking for a fancy dinner restaurant or somewhere to get a nice lunch, but Pyramid Bistro fills both of those roles nicely.

And they do by providing a menu that is composed of seafood, salads, and a juice/smoothie bar. So I think no matter how conscious of an eater you have in your dining party, they are going to be able to find something both healthy, and nutritious, when they order at Pyramid Bistro.
