The owners of Taco Luchador, Chef Fernando Martinez and Yaniel Martinez, have opened multiple restaurants in Louisville, Kentucky, all growing quickly in popularity, and for good reason— Chef Fernando knows what he’s doing. Watching his grandmother cook while he was young inspired him to take it up himself and ever since El Taco Luchador opened in 2012, they’ve been bringing delicious Mexican food to Kentuckians.
