Echo & Rig comes in at the top of my list today for one very simple reason. They have just an avalanche of positive customer reviews on Yelp and elsewhere. And when a restaurant has nearly 4000 reviews, and is still boasting a four and a half star rating, you really can’t do any better than that. 

The fact of the matter is that no restaurant can get 5 star from everys ingle customer because everybody has their own sensibilities and taste, but any restaurant that can boast a four and a half star rating after thousands of reviews, you know they are knocking it out of the park time and time again night after night. I have no reservation putting them at the top of the list because I know you can eat there any night of the year, and still have an amazing experience.

But, since this is a list about the best steakhouses, I felt that the fact they specialize in steak and seafood, might make them a little bit off topic technically, so I didn’t want to list them in the number one spot.

That being said, whether you are looking for phenomenal steak, or you have a party member who just isn’t feeling steak that night and wants something else, Joe’s is going to deliver. With both fantastic steak and fantastic seafood. Herbs & Rye boast a four and a half star rating just like the top two restaurants on my list today. But they only have 2500 positive reviews left behind whereas the other restaurants had over 4000. And as such, I couldn’t place Herbs & Rye above them. However, it is worth noting that the only reason Herbs & Rye has less positive reviews is because it simply hasn’t been around as long.

So it’s very possible that Herbs & Rye is really the best steakhouse in all of Las Vegas, and just hasn’t had the time to build the online following the other restaurants have. You can expect a huge selection of spirits, fine italian cuisine, prime steaks, and tuscan flatbreads at Herbs & Rye.

This is another entry on the list that has overwhelmingly positive reviews, but lacks the numbers some of the higher entries on the list can boast of. But in this case it’s actually impressive they can boast over two hundred positive reviews seeing as how Primal Steak was only founded in 2020. 

And they survived these past two years. That’s right this restaurant was founded during the onset of Covid. And despite all the lock-downs and social distancing required by federal and state governments. They have managed to not only survive, but to thrive in this environment that has been brutal and relentless for restaurant owners. And that more than anything lets you know how great the food is at Primal Steak. 

They survived everything the universe had to throw at them to make their restaurant fail, and these owners managed to not only survive the pandemic but to come out on the other side with a unanimously positive customer rating.
