1. Cafe Bastille

An All Day French Cafe Focused on Serving Brunch and Breakfast

248 SE 1st St | Miami | cafebastilledowntown.com

Cafe Bastille is the product of a couple who have a mutual love of breakfast and brunch and met while living in Paris. They were working at the same hotel and realized their shared love of brunch foods, and the rest is history! As a couple, they decided to visit the best brunch spots they could find, which is precisely how Cafe Bastille was found. The original restaurant was created ten years ago by a French and Spanish couple, however -- it needed a new start. That’s exactly what the couple did when they brought their restaurant to Miami.

They feature a few different menus, but since we’re here to talk about breakfast -- let’s focus on their all day brunch menu served from 8 am to 4 pm. They offer Parisian style dishes and classic breakfast items. You can find French croissants as well as open faced croissant sandwiches, crepes, and house made jam. These French staples can be paired with American classics like pancakes and eggs.

“Cute little french café in the heart of downtown Miami. It's a great brunch spot, we had the turkey, Brie cheese and avocado Benedict and it was so delicious and of course the Nutella stuffed French toast with caramelized bananas is a must try!!” - Yelp Review

At Greenstreet Cafe, no matter the time of day, the philosophy is to serve the best food possible. They serve breakfast from 8 am to 2:45 pm and offer a mix of delectable breakfast favorites and morning cocktails to start the day. They also use fresh squeezed orange juice and offer an extensive coffee selection from nitro cold brew to espresso drinks.

On their breakfast menu, you will find comfort food classics like french toast, pancakes, omelettes, and eggs served with toast and potatoes. They also offer a continental breakfast. Last, but not least let’s dive into breakfast cocktails -- bloody mary’s, sangria, mimosas, and an espresso martini among a long list of others to choose from.

7201 Biscayne Blvd | Miami |

The sign outside of Jimmy’s Eastside Diner reads -- your friendly neighborhood eatery. Jimmy’s is your classic old fashioned diner with leather booths and a counter to sit at, it brings back all of our retro memories. A nostalgic trip down memory lane calls for all day breakfast. One of the best things about this spot is the cheap, yet greasy and delicious breakfast everyone is looking to eat.

The menu is as classic as it comes from eggs, omelettes and frittatas, pancakes, waffles, and french toast to the breakfast deals. The deals are what have guests raving -- if you’re up for the challenge try their breakfast option of two eggs, three pancakes, three pieces of bacon or sausage, and orange juice! A huge meal to kickstart the day is better than no meal.

“My favorite spot in South Florida for breakfast and brunch, whether it's dine in or takeout. It's one of the places I always bring friends or family when they're in town visiting. There's a reason Jimmy's is so popular -- it's really good.” - Yelp Review
