"The COVID quarantine has had me staying home and making more meals so I decided to step out today for my birthday.Oceanaire was definitely the kind of place to come out of hibernation. The upscale service was matched by the quality of our meals. We started off with their version of Oysters Rockefeller. The Oysters were not overshadowed by the traditional Hollandaise type sauce. In fact there was only the. oysters, spinach and what appeared to be crispy pancetta. This was the perfect opener.

The wedge salad provided ample bleu cheese, same pancetta and an amazing dressing.

I ordered the crab cakes. In the Maryland area, crab cakes have very little filler. These crab cakes were served like that. Very flavorful.

My wife ordered the chicken fried lobster with cheese grits served with a side of spicy sauce. This dish stole the show. The lobster was sweet while the breading was crunchy and slightly salty. The side dish of sautéed spinach was just average compared to the entrees.

Overall this was a great dining experience." -Yelp Review

"Had a beautiful prepared meal and service was awesome! We got the crab cake as the appetizer and it was amazing. I generally don't like crab cake but you can tell they used real ingredients.

Wife got the salmon and I got the porterhouse. Salmon was great! Good sized portion for the salmon and the green beans that came with it were good.

Time to review the porterhouse (24oz). It's was cooked PERFECT and seasoned very well. Had great flavor and was pretty much fall off the bone. My only complaint was it was a little salty for me. However, the manager said they put this in our customer profile and remember for next time. Which I thought was an amazing idea.

All the old fashioned's were amazing and I had 4 different ones. Would highly recommend over St. Elmos ANYDAY." -Yelp Review

"There are few things that are worth leaving the house for at this point in the pandemic, but one of those is the Bob's Roll at Ocean World. So when my husband found himself getting ready to celebrate a birthday during a time when the world is falling apart, we chose to spend our precious pennies on a takeout meal from Ocean World.

Of course, we got the Bob's Roll (two orders). But we also got the Nigiri Top Ten, which was 10 pieces of nigiri sushi and a choice of a sushi roll. It also came with a side salad. It was delicious and oh-so visually appealing.

We also got a California Roll (for the kids) and an appetizer side of crispy chicken, which came with a sweet chili sauce. I could have sat and ate five orders of crispy chicken (on the couch, in my pajamas, trying not to cry, as one does right now) that's how good it was.

Our meal was excellent in general, but considering we got it to go and ate it at home, I was really impressed with the quality. It was almost as good as visiting the restaurant and eating in person." -Yelp Review
