When you’re looking for excellent steak, service, and atmosphere, you come to one place-- GT Prime of course. The menu is full of locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, so you can always rest assured you’re getting a fresh and homemade meal. Start off with one of their interesting appetizers such as the sturgeon caviar, or the beef tartare. If you’re unsure what cut or seasoning to get, just ask your server, who is there to help guide you through the menu.
Once you decide between options such as a prime filet mignon, dry aged Australian wagyu, or even the miyazaki strip, you’ll need a sauce! Popular options are the Hollandaise or the foie gras Bordelaise. They even have vegetarian options available if you require them as well!

It’s truly all in the family at this steakhouse-- where two generations work to bring Chicago patrons some of the best steak and seafood in the city. Choose from tantalizing steak offerings such as the 18 oz. Kansas City strip, the 12 oz. center cut filet, or the 14 oz. bone-in filet. All of these options come with the choice of accompaniments such as gorgonzola, chimichurri, and even a Chianti butter sauce.
In addition to steaks, Stefani Prime is also well-known for their seafood--try the Scottish salmon--as well as their Italian favorites such as short rib raviolacci, chicken vesuvio, and veal piccata. No matter what you choose, you’re in for a delicious, home cooked meal!
