The view is just stunning from this place-- it looks out onto the buildings and hotels of Pittsburgh. If it happens to begin to rain-- which is always possible here-- not a problem at all. This place has a retractable roof to protect the outdoor revellers from getting wet.

Offering beautiful vistas of downtown Pittsburgh-- all served with cold beer and delicious bites from their kitchen. While not technically a beer garden, Wigle Whiskey Whiskey Garden and Distillery has the same idea-- only it’s done with their popular rye whiskey. Stop into their place on the North Side and be treated to friendly service and some amazing whiskey cocktails.

Although it is only open during the warmer Pittsburgh months, its calendar is full of tastings, tours, and themed nights such as Wags and Whiskey-- where patrons are encouraged to bring to bring their pups along for the evening.

It’s tucked away and offers a little respite from the hot Pittsburgh summers. Round Corner Cantina is a hopping place during the summer months-- Pittsburghers come from all over to this Lawrenceville staple for their delicious Mexican food and the beautiful outdoor beer garden. Once you slip out of the back door of the restaurant, you’re transported to an amazing spot to just chill out, sip on some cocktails, and listen to the sounds of the DJ.

At night there are lights all around to light up the plants and furniture--  which contributes to the special atmosphere of this place. Make sure you try any of the rotating beers they have available, and try their famous tacos as well.
