“They have an extensive wine list, which we sampled, extensively. For food, we ordered Grilled Spanish Octopus — which was incredible. Probably the best dish of the night. We also got the special, which was made up of steak and shrimp (both fantastic) with a side of mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts.” - Yelp Review

“Foodie-heaven. To be honest, I was a bit concerned that this was going to be overhyped, but it lived up to its reputation. My interest was obviously piqued by Anthony Bourdain, and made a reservation to eat here for dinner (no lunch times available) via the phone (can't make one online).” - Yelp Review

You will find the best of Las Vegas fine dining at Restaurant Guy Savoy. Located near the Augustus Tower, Guy Savoy will immediately transport you to the beautiful streets of Paris. Not only is the restaurant’s interior design inspired by French style and design, but it also offers classic French dishes for guests.
On the menu, you’ll find classic Savoy dishes such as the soupe d’artichaut à la truffe noire and the brioche feuilletée aux champignons et truffles. Like most traditional French cuisine, Guy Savoy’s dishes will give you a rich “melt in your mouth” feelings.
“My favorite was the artichoke and black truffle soup with toasted mushroom brioche. The soup was full of flavor, creamy but not too heavy. The shaved black truffle and parmesan cheese did not overpower the taste of the soup itself. The mushroom brioche was light and fluffy on the inside was a little crunch from the outside.” - Yelp Review

“Obviously start with the Peking duck. Nothing compares (have had it at Blossom at Aria and Jasmine at Bellagio). Best duck I've ever had in the US. You can either get wraps or buns and make sure and ask for both! Also, make sure and know that they give you a 2nd complementary course from the duck. You can either get duck fried rice or the duck lettuce wraps, which is what I would recommend every time!” - Yelp Review

Tucked away inside a small room in The Cosmopolitan, é by José Andrés offers a creative and unique menu full of Spanish avant-garde dishes. This intimate restaurant only seats 9 guests at a time, making it the perfect destination for a small dinner with friends. Another unique aspect of the restaurant’s design is the manner in which the bar is arranged. The dining room’s steel-topped bar is set in front of a red glass wall and curtain, mimicking that of a theater stage. Because only two seatings are available nightly, you should make a reservation online before going.
“The staff was tremendous, they will answer any question you may have about the dishes and the Ingredients. Additionally they will also accommodate dietary restrictions. We also went with the Spanish wine pairing which was $150 per person and it was definitely a must. The wine went so well with the dishes and you may ask for a 2nd pour!” - Yelp Review
