If you’re looking for something different, this sure is it.
A great way to shake up the average yoga experience, Fluid Motion is the only place to go in Pittsburgh for BOGA Yoga. Don’t worry. We didn’t know what it was either. What they’re offering is this: tranquil, outdoor yoga studios that float serenely on the water.
Choose between BOGA (at their pool) or SUP (on the water).
BOGA uses special floating mats sort of like reinforced pool floaties, while SUP has you saluting the sun on a standing paddle board. From what we hear, it’s much harder than your average yoga class, but it’s sure to be an amazing experience. The motion of the water only adds to the class, and the constant need to adjust your weight to the changing surface of the water has some serious meditative benefits.
