Kaiser’s Grateful Bean Cafe interior decorations and designs scream the early 1900s. Everything has an old-timey feel to it from the light fixtures to the pictures on the wall to the dark designed ceiling tiles. For anyone who loves vintage and retro things, Kaiser’s is the perfect place to go.
In 1917 Anthony Kaiser had family recipes and a goal that led to his opening Kaiser’s Grateful Bean Cafe. For decades, the ice cream was made in-house using hand-cranked freezers before there was electricity. Now, the ice cream is still handmade but with the convenience of electricity! Kaiser's is its own piece of history and you can feel it when you walk in.
Kaiser’s doesn't just specialize in ice cream, they also offer burgers and sandwiches making it a great place to stop by for dinner and dessert. They offer some specialty ice creams, malts, soda floats, and shakes. Check with them to see what flavors they offer at the time. No matter what you go with, you’ll never forget the taste and surroundings of Kaiser’s.
