Another option is the Lobster Dumplings which are lobster and shrimp that are wrapped and steamed to perfection in a tapioca shell.

When selecting your foods, they have a little indicator on the menu to let you know which foods are spicy and which foods are very spicy. Taste of China should be called Taste of Random Foods from Around the World because that’s a more accurate description. If you're hanging out with a friend and you want Chinese food and they want something else, Taste of China is the ideal place for you to go.
