The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame is perhaps one of the most iconic buildings in the city of Cleveland, housed inside a great glass pyramid on the chilly south shore of Lake Erie. Most Clevelanders have visited, and most visitors place the museum at the top of their list, but it’s worth pointing out that even if you’ve stopped by the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame before, it might be time for another visit.

“The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame is the crowning achievement of Cleveland, Ohio. It is a necessary - MUST DO for all visitors to come here! I'm not even a knowledgeable music person but still had a wonderful time. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised with how I connected and recognized all the artists. You'd have to be living under a rock not to appreciate being here.” - Yelp Review

“Fantastic museum! The quality of the exhibit is almost overshadowed by the incredible architecture of the building. From the top overlook you can truly appreciate the intricate geometric shapes that make up the giant trapezoidal building. The modern exhibits were provoking, funny and very trendy.” - Yelp Review

308 Euclid Ave | Gateway District | houseofblues.com
Already home to the Rock & Roll Hall of fame, it makes sense that music-loving Cleveland also has its very own House of Blues location as well. Founded by co-founder of the Hard Rock Cafe Isaac Tigget and Blues Brothers star Dan Akroyd, the first venue opened its doors on Thanksgiving Day in 1992. That first Cambridge location was backed by a star-studded list of supporters ranging from Aerosmith to Harvard University. Today, the music venue and restaurant has locations across the country… including right here in Cleveland.
Catch some live music to turn up the energy on an otherwise mundane day, or stop in for some tasty Southern-inspired cuisine and a creative cocktail from the restaurant’s full bar. Visitors love the generous food portions – especially when it comes to popular dishes like the jambalaya and voodoo shrimp. You can also find plenty of menu options that aren’t quite as fiery – the strip steak and fried chicken are favorites, too.
“never dreamed I'd have the opportunity to visit this iconic location, and it did not disappoint! It doesn't seem like too much from the exterior, but nestled in the heart of Cleveland. If you are in Cleveland & looking for not just a historic experience but also a good performance- you definitely want to put this on your list! I cannot wait to visit again.” - Yelp Review

Looking for something to do with friends? Whether your family’s in town or you’re an out-of-towner yourself, Superelectric Pinball Parlor is a great place to hang out because the collection literally sprang from some BGSU buddies getting together to play games in their art studio. After hosting plenty of popular parties and hangouts – and growing their collection of pinball machines – the group found the perfect permanent location in the heart of the Gordon Square Arts District.
Superelectric has provided machines for the Cleveland Comedy Festival, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and even Bonnaroo, so they know a thing or two about pinball. Just pay a flat admission fee of $6 to get in the door, and then all parlor games are all-you-can-play. Are you up for the challenge?
