23 S Tejon St | Colorado Springs | redgravyco.com

There’s far more on the menu at Red Gravy, though, and the restaurant name itself comes from the use of the word gravy to describe an authentic Italian “meat sauce,” or ragu, since there was no exact translation. You can find plenty of dishes doused in delicious sauces here.

Red Gravy is open from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays, and from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
