This place is full of all the best vintages from wineries across the country-- as well as some regional Pennsylvania wines. Located in the busy neighborhood of Lawrenceville, this little spot is very popular and is usually pretty crowded.

The Steelhead Brasserie and Wine Bar is attached to the Marriott City Center and located in downtown Pittsburgh. This spot is very popular with the after-work crowd who are looking for a relaxing place to unwind.

Engine House 25 Wine Tasting Room makes their own wine right on site in their Lawrenceville location. By taking grapes from all over the world-- including California, Chile, and South Africa-- the wine makers here ferment them in oak barrels with very little else added. This helps the natural flavors shine through.

Courtyard Winery is another fantastic place in the Strip District to taste and try a variety of wines. This winery is located in North East, PA and since 2010 has been producing some delicious wines that are sold all over the state. The soil along the shores of Lake Erie is very good for growing grapes-- and the owners wanted to take advantage of this and bring a vineyard and a wine bottling business to this area.

Now their wines are available in many locations within Pennsylvania-- including a couple of locations in Pittsburgh. Stop into the store in the Strip District and see what has been growing in North East-- you’re sure to find a wine you love.

The dining room is well decorated and the tables are always covered in crisp, white linen. Located in downtown Pittsburgh, they are open for both lunch and dinner.
