Mancini’s Bakery is a staple in most Pittsburgh households, and with good reason. Their bread is the freshest around, and the aroma of bread surrounding their original McKees Rocks shop is something people all over Pittsburgh know and love.

Every October, Trax Farms is packed with Pittsburghers looking to grab the perfect pumpkin for Halloween.

This family-run business offers more than just pumpkins though. It’s a fully functioning farm that also grows corn, berries, apples, and beans just to name a few.

The farm has been around for over 150 years, and is well known throughout Pittsburgh as one of the best places to get fresh fruit and vegetables. They’re also well-known for their apple cider-- which is grown and made on site!

The farm also presses their own cider on-site, and has teamed up with local hard cider brewery Arsenal Cider-- who use the apples from their orchards-- to sell their products as well.
