66 Diner is as retro as it gets, serving burgers and shakes in their 50’s style diner! You’ll take a step back in time to the 1950’s and 60’s between the decor, food, and clothing worn by the servers. The ambiance is everything we would expect from a diner on route 66. 

Their menu includes New Mexico favorites, blue plate specials, soups and salads, deluxe plates, sandwiches, sweets and desserts, and of course -- burgers! They offer your classic hamburger as well as adaptations of the classic based on Southwestern flare. You’ll find a green chile cheeseburger, southwest burger, and Diego’s DiamondBack Burger with pepper jack cheese and jalapenos! You’ll be sure to get a taste of comfort at this retro diner.

Rustic On The Green is a colorful and uniquely designed space with an outdoor patio and rooftop seating, we’re sure you’ve never seen anything quite like it. 

Their menu is small, but packed with flavor and perfected recipes. All of their burgers use fresh ground chuck, local ingredients, New Mexico inspired favorites, house made sauces, and fresh veggies. They have carnivorous favorites and a vegetarian friendly burger appropriately named the “Mother Earth” burger. This specialty includes a black bean chipotle patty with veggies and a balsamic reduction. For those who want meat and those who don’t, this place is sure to have something for both!

They also participate in a biofuel program where all of their used fry oil is collected and converted into power for local farm trucks and military vehicles. Their goal is to combine sustainable practices that are better for the earth so customers can have somewhere to eat that doesn’t leave them feeling bad. 

Their menu includes burgers, bowls, fries, eggwhiches, and salads. Their burger menu is full of simple classics like bacon cheddar, regular cheddar, mushroom swiss, and a turkey burger. They also have a green chile jack burger for New Mexico natives and a black bean burger for vegetarians. No matter what you order, you can feel good about this location and their commitment to a better earth and sustainable food industry.

This quaint location serves up the best of both worlds for diners who want an All-American favorite as well as southwestern, Mexican delights. One thing to note, Caveman Burgers are certified huge! Before you order, make sure you’re hungry! 

Their burgers are made from meat, chicken, chorizo, steak and more! Their “Super Wakala” includes meat, chicken, beef chorizo, ham, grilled pineapple, and all the toppings you would expect to find on your burger. They also have a chorizo burger for those looking for a Southwestern adaption of this classic. Don’t forget to try a sampling of their Mexican food along with one of these huge burgers!

Last, but certainly not least on the list is Bosque Burgers! Bosque also has an interesting take on this classic American favorite, served with New Mexico flare! They have your classic burgers, then they have their “Chorizo Sunrise” and “Cubano” burgers that will not disappoint. 

If you’re in for something unconventional -- try the BBQ bacon mac & cheese burger that comes with a mac and cheese cake, angus chuck patty, bacon, and a honey bourbon whiskey BBQ sauce!
