You don’t have to fly all the way to Texas to enjoy some delicious BBQ plates. Bludso's Bar & Que serves some of the best BBQ dishes in Los Angeles. That said, this popular restaurant does have roots in Corsicana, Texas. It was in this Southern town where Bludso’s famous slow-smoked meats were born. Since making its way to Los Angeles, Bludso’s Bar garnered a mass following for its award-winning meals.

On the menu, you can find popular BBQ dishes such as family-style brisket and mixed meat trays. Side dishes like Texas cheese fries and pickles are also available to complement your main dish.

“The food is delicious. We got a half rack of pork ribs (5 ribs), a quarter pound of pulled pork, and a side of mac and cheese after a Runyon hike, and we were satisfied...The pork ribs were so flavorful, with just the right amount of seasoning. The bark of the ribs honestly didn't need any BBQ sauce, and the meat was fall-off-the-bone tender. The pulled pork was similarly soft and juicy, and I liked the hot bbq (you can pick mild or hot), although there's no real heat.” - Yelp Review

“I've heard about Harold and Belle's for years but never found the chance to visit their location. Then one day they appeared in my delivery radius for UberEats. Y'all, I'm giving this a five star review solely because of their shrimp scampi. It's unlike any shrimp scampi you'll find. The sauce is thick and buttery and so flavorful. I didn't leave a single drop of it in the container. It comes with either noodles or rice and a choice of salad or clam chowder...Add some Tabasco to the chowder and it'll taste great.” - Yelp Review
